Shipping And Returns Policy


I ship worldwide through USPS First Class with a tracking number. (For most international destinations, the tracking number only works within the United States).
I strive to provide the best customer service, therefore in stock items are ship within 2 days. Prints and glitter cases are ALWAYS in stock.

Some phone cases and mugs are not available in stock and they will be going out from the manufacturer. In this case your order may be delayed because of the time of production. Please ask me about the availability if you in a rush.

International Buyers, PLEASE note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
If you are unfamiliar with these taxes, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be and alert me right away if you need to cancel your order.
It has been my experience that these charges are especially high for UK shoppers. Please ask at your local post office or online if you are unsure of your VAT tax / Royal Mail tax threshold.

Very occasionally some orders are delayed, lost or held by the customs. Please note, I cannot take responsibility for the postal services, this is something over which I have no control.
For international orders, please allow 30 days from the shipping date to inquire about the order. I will try to find out what happened to the package and try to resolve the issue. I will make a full refund only if there is no hope of finding the package.


If the tracking number shows that your package was delivered, It is your responsibility to check with your local post office, neighbours and members of your household that may have taken delivery before contacting me about the refund. Delivered package will be not refundable.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
